Shipping:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as well as items that were not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Returns:

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale. Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
